Attributes:

·  Fluent in Mandarin and English.

·  Bachelor degree or above from Chinese Institute.

·  At least three years of purchasing experience,

·  Auto CAD skill and a full complement of Microsoft software capability.

·  Willing and able to flexible work within a developing organization,

·  Skills having participated in the process of ERP, MRP,

·  Knowledge of equipment for the pulp and paper industry will be a plus,

·  Experience of team leading will be a plus,

Scope of Position:

·  Supplier chain development, Audit and analyze supplier for product needs,

·  Supplier's capacity evaluation and outsourcing plan,

·  Key supplier management and problem solving,

·  Outsourcing/Purchase key component,

·  Checking manufacturing progress and monitoring quality,

·  Follow PO to accomplish contract,

·  Localize parts for cost saving

·  Regular working report,
