职位描述/要求:
Responsibilities:
1. Complete monthly HR reports and statistics which are assigned.
a) Monthly headcount report
b) Monthly Staff List
c) Monthly staff movement
d) Monthly O-Chart
e) Monthly staff movement for commercial insurance
2. Compensation and benefits administration.
a) Monthly Individual Income Tax / Pension / Housing Provident funds application and payment
b) Temp Staff payroll monitoring
c) Handle hiring and termination process with efficiency and effectiveness.
d) Be responsible for contacting FESCOs / Labor Service Agency to follow up social Benefits for all PE and Temp and ensure all kinds of official labour relation/benefits are legal operation.
e) Clean up P/file
f) Peoplewise data maintenance and consolidation
3. Handle HR administrative works, response to internal customer needs.
4. Complete and HR work tasks as and when assigned by Line Manager.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or equivalent
2. Familiar with common software and is excellent in using Excel, words
3. Good at English and Mandarin (both oral and written)
4. Responsible and proactive
5. Team spirit is a must
6. Good communication skill
