1.Provide technical consultation and troubleshooting to support installations,conversions, modifications and escalations for solutions within service scope.

2.Provide strong technical support and problem solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction,and monitor status of problem solving all times

3.Provide on-going customer support by providing expert level hardware,software, network and database assistance, proactive and emergency technical support

4.Mentor and interface with 1st & 2nd level service engineers

5.Visit customer, and work onsite if it's required to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

1.+2 year IT work experience required

2.Familiar with at least one of the following OS: Windows 2000 server/NT server/Windows 2003 server.

3.Strong experience with at least one of the following DB: MS SQL server 2000/ MS SQL server 2005/ Oracle 9i

4.Strong experience with at least three of the following technologies: .NET framework/ VB / VB.NET / VC / JSP / Websphere / Cognos / VBA / ASP / ASP.NET / JAVA / C#

5.Demonstrable skills at using MS Office

6.Excellent communication skills.

7.Good time management skills

8.Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment

9.Experience at system analysis, maintenance and enhancement

10.English proficiency: Written (CET-4)

11.Good project management and leadership capacity is prefered, but not necessary
