职位描述/要求：
Job Responsibility
1.Provide telephone support to client including trouble shooting
2.Provide best customer service quality with interest and enthusiasm
3.Deal with technical problems as well as customer emotional needs
4.Perform service tracking
5.Deal with customer complaint
6.Interface with level 3 service engineer and/or solution vendors, and escalate technical problems which cannot be solved within 1st & 2nd level support
8.Internal knowledge database maintenance
9.Locate at GuangZhou
Job Requirement
1.+1 year IT work experience required 2.Familiar with at least one of the following OS: Windows 2000 server/NT server/Windows 2003 server. 3.Strong experience with at least one of the following DB: MS SQL server 2000/ MS SQL server 2005/ Oracle 9i 4.Familiar with any three of the following technologies is a plus, but not necessary: .NET framework/ VB / VB.NET / VC / JSP / Websphere / Cognos / VBA / ASP / ASP.NET / JAVA / C# 5.Demonstrable skills at using MS Office 6.Excellent communication skills. 7.Good time management skills 8.Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment 9.English proficiency: Written (CET-4) 10.Good leadership capacity is a plus, but not necessary 11.Experience with FMCG or retailing IT solution is prefered, but not necessary 联系方式：
