Job Responsibilities:

1.         Write detailed design specifications after the analysis of requirements;

2.         Develop functions of applications in projects;

3.         Guide Programmer and Software Engineer to help them complete work;

4.         Assist Development Manager to do technical research and training;

5.         Play the expert role in at least one J2EE technology.

Job Requirements:

1.         BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent;

2.         About 2-3 years software development experience ;

3.         Be skilled at English reading, writing and speaking;

4.         Master the mechanism of below technologies:

5.         Struts (or Webwork /  JSF / Velocity / Spring Web MVC),

6.         Spring (or EJB),

7.         Hibernate (or iBatis / JDO);

8.         Be skilled at Object Oriented Design and Design Patterns;

9.         Be skilled at using tools to develop UML diagrams;

10.      Master SQL and have the experience of using Oracle, SQL Server, etc;

11.      Certificate holders highly preferred
