Job Requirements:

College degree or above

2+ year sales, technical support / customer service related work experience

Be with a stable personality and high sense of responsibility

Strong customer service consciousness and communication skills

Be able to handle customer complaint well with good problem analysis ability.

Has good command of computer operation and application.

Written and oral English skill is a must.
