Job Responsibilities:

1.         To analyze requirements, write design or program specifications

2.         To code C#.NET/VB.NET/ASP.NET/ ASP/.NET Framework(Compact) applications to 　　implement product features

3.         Communicate and work closely with peer developers

4.         Guide and support junior developers

Job Requirements:

1.         BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent

2.         About 2-3 years software development experience ;

3.         Good command of speaking and writing English

4.         Be skilled at Core C#.NET/VB.NET/ASP.NET/ ASP or .NET Framework technologies (Be good at O/R Mapping or MS Enterprise Library or NHibernate or other .NET development 　platform etc)

5.         Be good at Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Design Patterns, familiar with UML

6.         Be skilled at Oracle/SQL Server DBMS development is required

7.         Technically competent, creative, has initiative and able to work independently

8.         Certificate holders highly preferred
