Staffing Officer(Outsourcing)

职位描述/要求:
Job Responsibility
1. Handle staff probation review, yearly performance appraisal, quarterly allowance review
2. Calculate monthly salary, ensure data accuracy and payment on time
3. Manage staff contract/leave/OT operation
4. Associate with local social insurance vendor closely
5. To be single contact point in HR operations for outsourcing
6. Maintain staff Aug.database and HC report
7. Assist other HR function, including outsourcing recruiting
Job Requirement
1. Bachelor’s degree in HR or Admin or Accounting, with 3+ years of professional HR experience
2. Good practical knowledge of staffing and payment
3. Working experience of finance and outsourcing is better
4. Good working attitude and team work spirit as well as good sense of responsibility
5. Good problem solving, communication skill, interpersonal skills and quantitative analysis
6. Good command of Chinese and English, CET-4 above. 联系方式:
