职位描述/要求：
工作职责：
1.创建测试用例（系统测试用例），测试用例的检查和提高
Create, check and improve test cases (system test cases); 2.测试环境的创建和问题分析 ，测试数据的准备
Create test environment, analyze problems, and prepare test data; 3.缺陷跟踪及趋势分析
Track bugs and analyze the tendency; 4.指导测试工程师完成测试活动
Guide engineers to accomplish test. 职位需求：
1.具有较完整的软件知识体系结构(操作系统、软件工程、数据库系统、网络)
With comprehensive software knowledge, including operating system, software engineering, database system and network; 2.熟练掌握软件工程、软件测试理论知识和方法，熟知软件测试流程和测试方法
Good command of software engineering, software testing theory & method, software testing process and methods. 3.熟练掌握VB、Delphi、PB、VC、ASP、Java等至少一种编程工具
Good command of at least one programming tools such as VB, Delphi, PB, VC, ASP and Java; 4.精通至少一种常用的测试工具，如: TestDirector、QuickTestProfessional、LoadRunner等
Proficient in at least one of the following test tools: TestDirector, QuickTestProfessional, LoadRunner, etc.; 5.熟悉ORACLE、SQL SERVER等数据库，并能熟练编写
Familiar with databases such as ORACLE and SQL SERVER, and proficient in writing SQL; 6.具有较好的分析判断能力、沟通表达能力和综合协调能力
Good at analysis, communication and coordination; 7.工作耐心细致，学习能力强，善于思考总结，责任心强，具有良好的职业素养及团队合作意识并具有一定团队管理能力
Patient, careful and ready to learn; strong sense of responsibility; teamwork spirit; 8.具有良好的英语听、说、读、写能力
Good command of English (listening, reading, speaking and writing). 9.有大型项目开发，测试经验者优先
With experience in large project development and test; 10.有专业测试培训机构培训经历或获得Microsoft, Mercury, IBM Rational等公司相关测试工具认证者优先
With training experience in professional organizations and certificates issued by Microsoft, Mercury, IBM Rational, etc.; 11.熟悉CMM/CMMI/ISO相关标准者优先
Familiar with relevant CMM/CMMI/ISO Standards. 12.计算机及相关专业本科以上学历，英语四级及以上
Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or relevant major; CET-4 or above
13.1-3年软件测试相关经验
