职位描述/要求:
Job Requirement:
- 2 years working experience in PC&Network support and 1 year experience of providing direct customer service support
- Familiar with desktop hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting
- Familiar with LAN and cabling administration and support
- College degree or above in computer science or equivalent
- Good command of both oral and written English
Job Responsibility:
- Provide technical support of server, desktop, and LAN equipment
- Provide technical support of OA system
- Plan, design and introduce new IT systems
- Performance monitoring of all related hardware and software
