职位描述/要求:
Major Job Responsibilities -Be in charge of the design of company's C&B system and the establishment of C&B policies. -To insure their rationality, justice and scientific. -Be in charge of establishing the annual C&B budget. Supervise its implement. -Be in charge of the basic operation and implement of C&B, such as the calculation and distribution of the compensation, the transaction of the social insurance and business insurance. -Be in charge of C&B survey in the industry, region, specialty, position and so on. Collect relevant information to fix the compensation level of our company and give reference to the establishment and edit of different regulation criterion. -Be in charge of the service in providing official explanation, consulting and training on the effective implement of the whole company's C&B policies. Qualifications -Bachelor degree. At least 3-5 years working experience on C&B. -Proficient in human resource management software. 联系方式:
