Job Title: Mechanical Engineer-North America

As 1 of the 4 Global R&D Centers of the multinational, our client is now expanding its operation in Shanghai.
Job Description & Requirements:
Main responsibilities:
Lead PCB/mechanical component qualification activity for APR and US as process, manufactory and customer's request
Finish the component develop, testing, drawing, documentation, etc.
Take the responsibility for solve the component quality issue, Communicate with customer and supplier on troubleshooting and corrective action
Work with SBM on supplier qualification and management, include risk assessment
Utilize the six sigma tools to improve the working environment
Support the DFSS program with supplier/component statistical data for development
Advice the GDC design engineers on component selection and application
Work with US team to develop local supplier base and define the component sourcing strategy
Requirements:
More than 2 year in design or project management related field, component design is plus
Strong communication and project management skill, team work, English, computer
PCB or material knowledge and experience is plus
Be sensitivity on opportunity and risk
