职位描述/要求:
Job Responsibilities: -Manage regional after-market business of automotive- and industrial-section based on Aftermarket Marketing & Sales Strategy and requirement by sales director. -Identify sales opportunities in target customers, develop sales plan -Establish and manage the distributor network to develop and correspond above business. -Proposal the selling price based on market research and analysis; accurated forecast monthly, quarterly, annual revenues -Take sensitive plans and actions to meet the sales and BE target. -Take product and technical training for customer periodically and compatibly. -Solve the problems independently and efficiently to satisfies the customers. -New project and market development Requirements: -more than 3 years working experience of sales in the automotive/industry aftermarket -know about filtration techniques or automotive or compressor (further training will be provided) -clear overview of the local market ——competition analysis ——market requirements -willing to travel inside China, overseas travel could also be required -self-motivated with strong interest in sales -organization talent with the ability to work independently -teamwork, good communication skills -skillful in the MS office and etc. -diploma in related fields 联系方式:
