Position: G/L Senior Accountant

Company Introduction:

Our client is the world's largest automaker, has been the global industry sales leader for 76 years. With global headquarters in Detroit, it manufactures its cars and trucks in 33 countries.

Qualification:
1. 4 or 5 years in finance/accounting in multinational companies. G/L related experience on period-end closing, reporting is required. Ability to understand both the big picture and details.
2. Bachelor degree majored in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
3. Strong knowledge and experience on SAP maintenance and user level customization.
4. Good knowledge on accounting, tax, SAFE regulations
5. Small team leading experience and interpersonal communication skill
6. Fluent in both oral and written English
7. Professional qualifications in CPA/ACCA is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Month-end closing.
2. Ensure high quality G/L posting and reporting. Review accounting vouchers, review monthly account reconciliations, develop and follow-up action plans.
3. Prepare financial statements and reports required by local authorities.
4. Work with treasury for investment/dividend related activities.
5. Cost center and G/L account master data maintenance.
6. User level SAP customization and report maintenance.
7. Actively lead/involve in SAP projects.
8. Lead financial projects to improve accounting flows/processes
9. Approve online payment.
10. Other ad hoc requirements.
