职位描述/要求:
This position’s key responsibilities are described as follows: - Regional Channel Manager is responsible for implementing channel strategies, manage channel partners and deploy the key tools in channel management for the responsible Region - Key driver in rollouting channel development projects in the Region, e.g. - Manage channel landscape and channel partners in the Region * Review & file applications for channel partners, e.g. * Conduct periodic review of channel partner performance according to Cluster’s guidelines * Keep visibility of channel & retail landscape,channel economics,distribution structure, TCO structure & channel/retail insight for decision making; * Manage regional transshipment by daily basis, organize regional transshipment workshop, give feedback to country team for policy & process improvement - Responsible for fastrac rollout execution, training in the Region and give suggestion to country PSS team to continuely finetune/perfect system. Is the Region’s expert Fatrac user. Requirements include: - Strong analytical skills, conceptualization, problem solving & strategic thinking skills - Strong project management, execution skills - Good communication, in oral & presentation (solid written English skills required) - Team player capable of networking - Strong business sense and local market knowledge - 6-8+ years of experiences in mobile industry, FMCG, IT industry relevant - Funcational experiences in strong analysis, sales & marketing relevant - Bachelor’s degree from a quality university 联系方式:
