Position Description ：
职位描述：

1. Lead local purchasing team for sourcing and procurement.
领导国内的采购团队开发采购渠道。
Ensure efficient materials incoming process and evaluate supplier performance for improvement.
确保有效的原料采购程序以及对供应商进行评估。
Work with R&D, Production and Registration；Affairs to find sustainable and high quality local supply for key materials to achieve cost saving.
与研发部、生产部、注册部等部门配合开展工作；寻找适合的生产原料，拓宽高质量的供给渠道并节约成本。
2. Ensure safe and efficient raw materials procurement operation to support production and other internal customers.
确保安全、有效的进行原材物料的采购，满足公司内部需求。
3. In charge of MRO purchase for the company
负责公司内的MRO采购。
4. Responsible for annual PVO budgeting, execution and review.
负责年度PVO预算的编制、执行及评估。
5. Support R&D to source suitable suppliers for critical materials replacement
为研发等部门寻求适合的供应商并适时对原材料的采购进行必要的替换。
6. Achieve cost saving target preferably though local suppliers development
通过发展国内供应商，更好地实现节约成本的目标。
7. Evaluate suppliers performance and maintain partnership relation with key suppliers
对供应商进行评估并维护与主要供应商之间的业务关系。
8. Work with Finance for appropriate AP hanlding
与财务协调进行必要的成本控制。
9. Coach subordinates and train good teamwork.
带领所属团队开展工作并营造良好的团队合作氛围。

Position Requirement：
职位要求：

-Bachelor degree in science, MBA
-理工科相关专业学士学位，工商管理硕士优先考虑；
-5 years or so purchase experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology/or related industries,above 2 years in the supervisory role,MNC preferred
-五年药物、生物工艺相关采购经验，2年以上跨国公司管理经验。
-Good command of both oral and written English
-良好的英语口语及书面表达能力
-Skillful computer skill in Office software,
-熟悉办公室软件应用
-Familiar with MRP
-熟悉MRP系统
-open,interactive,self-driven and details demanding
-开朗、善于团队合作、勤奋自勉、注重细节
