职位描述/要求：
Job Description:

- Legal and policy research regarding foreign investment issues;
- Prepare advice to clients regarding foreign investment issues, e.g. establishment of a FIE;
- Design different structure and solution to solve client's problem;
- Document drafting for completing client's engagements;
- Government official liaison for completing client's engagements;
- Ensure proper procedures are followed, clients' expectations are managed, and full scope of service is delivered;
- Ensure clients' requests are met through frequent communication and clarification of needs and scope of work;

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree, or above (English or law major will be preferred)
- At least three years working experience in related business
- Strong written and oral English skills
- Team player, self-motivated, responsible and innovative
