Drive the implementation of human resources strategies and initiatives that support the Company’s and Operating Units changing business. Provide input and leadership in the creation and HR strategy within the Group and participate and manage HR initiatives and projects. Enable the organization to creation a sustainable, healthy and vibrant bottling business. Continually add value to the overall Operating Unit by initiatives that drive performance and improve business success.

 

推动人力资源策略和项目的实施,以支持公司和运营单位的顺利转型。向集团层面提供建议、有创意的领导力和HR策略,并参与和管理HR项目。确保组织创建一个持续、健康和有活力的装瓶厂。不断地通过各种提高绩效的项目为整个运营单位增值,是公司成功。

 

Key Duties / Responsibilities

Provide subject matter expertise to business unit leaders in the areas of leadership, organization effectiveness, building organizational capability, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, and employee relations to enable the sustainable achievement of business results.

分别在领导力、组织效率、建立组织能力、招聘、薪资福利、培训和发展和员工关系方面为运营单位的领导人提供实质的专业服务,确保业务持续成功。

 

Partner the business in achieving its plans through achieving the best from their people.

通过发挥人尽其才的方法,配合业务计划的成功。

 

Understand the requirements of the local business and communicate this to a group level so that a team approach can be used to solving problems. Utilise group resources in the achievement of operating unit goals.

理解当地业务的需求,并与集团层面沟通,用团队方法解决问题。利用集团资源达成运营单位的目标。

 

Provide feedback on Group HR strategy with the view for continuous improvement.

以不断提高的观点为集团HR策略提供反馈意见。

 

Participate in organisational wide HR projects.

参与组织层面的HR项目。

 

Analyze workforce measurements (e.g., employee engagement, turnover, work-life issues) to help business unit leaders make responsive decisions that impact people processes.

分析劳动力测量法(如,员工敬业度、流失率、工作生活问题)帮助运营单位领导人做出相应的决策,以影响员工工作流程。

 

Implement robust succession planning, talent, and organizational review processes

实施有效的接班人计划、人才管理和组织检讨流程

 

Lead the human capital planning process and talent/leadership development programs

Develop and lead the performance management, incentive award, and other award processes

Build the HR capability within the operating unit.

Provide direct reports with leadership, direction, and coaching to achieve work objectives and improve performance and skills.

Provide input to plans and strategies for a business unit, department, or project to satisfy internal client or external customer requirements.

Foster an environment that encourages others to solicit feedback and learn from internal clients and external customers.

Related Position Requirements/Qualifications (Experience, knowledge skill and education - these should be the minimum requirements not the ideal)

       Human Resource Manager - leading a HR team for more then 5 years 

 

HR经理-有超过5年以上领导HR团队的经验

       8 years or more in HR function 具有8年以上的HR部门经验

       Degree in Human Resources or related discipline HR或相关专业本科

       Must be a strong leader with proven strategic abilities 必须是一位具有实战策略有能力的领导人

       Requires outstanding communication & interpersonal skills 需要杰出的沟通和个人技巧

       Familiar with labor laws and rules 熟悉劳动法律法规

       Good English 英语良好
