职位描述/要求:
Main Responsibilities:
#Provide service to customer via phone and email in the manner of polite and professional way.
#Provide resolution and suggestion to the customer online.
#Trouble shooting and resolve customer problem at 1st level.
#Escalation base on support flow and tracking the ticket until the case closed.
Requirements:
#College or above education background.
#Age from 22 to 26 is preferred.
#1+ years of relevant working experience in customer service or call center preferred.
#Good command of Mandarin and English on both Oral and Written, know about third language is preferred.
#Be responsible, considerate and calm and strong team spirit.
#Strong interpersonal communication, customer service skills.
