JOB DESCRIPTION

• Delivering Reuters Products & Financial Markets courses on regular basis
• Developing new training/learning materials including computer based training
• Using a range of methodologies to support learning, examples include workshop, virtual classroom, eLearning, workbooks, performance aids, etc.
• Updating the learning roadmaps on the department website for internal use
• Organizing a training timetable for the most efficient learning arrangements
• Sourcing and Liaising with external vendors to meet various training needs
• Maintaining communication channels with other functions and departments in order to share information relating to requirements

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• At least 3 years of experience in conducting classroom/one to one training
• Sound knowledge on all aspects of Financial Markets, PC applications and networking essential
• Knowing Reuters Products, Customers & Networks will be an advantage
• Able to understand highly complex subjects and explain in simple terms
• A fast learning, highly analytical, quick action taking person preferred
• Good interpersonal skills and willing to work under pressure
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Degree holder of Financial Markets studies or equivalent working experiences and competencies
