职位描述/要求：
Major Responsibilities:
The Sr. Pharmaceutical Process Engineer (for API process) typically is the lead process engineer for planning and execution of investment projects for pharmaceutical API or biological manufacturing facilities. In this responsibility he/she interacts directly with the customer and integrates other BTES project functions such as process control, piping, CAD-design to accomplish design, construction, start-up and qualification of the process equipment. He/she further contributes to the development of the know-how and quality database within BTES Engineering Healthcare.
Requirements:
- A BS or higher degree in chemical/biochemical engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- 4-5 years experience in design institute for pharmaceutical industry (preferred) or in GMP drug manufacturing
- Experience on pharmaceutical process equipment, as well as clean water systems, CIP, SIP
- GMP know-how and qualification and validation experience
- Work experience in cross-functional project teams is required
- Identify customers’ need and the potentials of process improvement. Convince potential customers by technical and economical arguments
- Computer skills with office software and as well as graphic design tools (CAD)； process simulation software such as Aspen Plus is a plus
- Ability to work in English is essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
