职位描述/要求：
Responsibility
1. Lead software solution development based on Availink IC products.
2. Lead software & hardware co-verification for Availink IC products.
3. Analysis product requirements and assess system risks
4. Improve the development methodology and process
Qualification:
1. Proven success in leading large scale software development
2. Master at least two embedded OSs (linux, eCos, Nucleus,Vxworks) and at least one CPU (MIPS, ARM, etc)
3. Ability to read and understand hardware documents is a must
4. Experience in hardware/software integration is a must
5. Familiar with architecture design methodology and tooling.
6. Strong C & C++ programming skill is a must, Assembly language or Java skill is a plus.
7. Experience with DVB technology (MPEG2 decoding and MPEG2 TS, etc.) is a plus
8. Fluent in both written and oral English.
9. Hands-on and proactive working style
10. Minimum MS with 5 years experience or BS with 7 years experience in embedded area
