Responsibility:

• Coordinate with Marketing and Applications Engineering, and consult with current and prospective Availink customers to define use cases and desired features for applications based on Availink IC products.
• Lead software architecture design and remove technical barriers
• Lead the software & hardware co-verification for Availink IC products.
• Help to improve the development processes
• Develop manuals and tools for software customization

Qualification :

• Strong background in RTOS porting, driver and GUI development, familiarity with JTAG based emulator.
• Familiar ity with eCos, Nucleus or Linux is preferred
• Strong C & C++ programming skill is a must, Assembly language or Java skill is a plus . Good understanding of Object Oriented Analysis and Design
• Experience with DVB technology (MPEG2 decoding and MPEG2 TS, etc.) is a must
• Solid understanding of software development process and methodology
• Ability to read and understand hardware documents, datasheets and IP specification
• Demonstrated technical leadership
• Proven good written and spoken communication skills in English
• Minimum MS with 4 years experience or BS with 5 years experience
