客户服务专员 CUSTOMER SERVICE

职位描述/要求:
职责:
1. 联系国内客人,安排运输事宜.
2. 联系海外代理,公司,取得定舱指令.
3. 与海外代理,公司保持良好得沟通.及时反馈货物信息.
4. 帮助客人,代理协调运输中发生的问题,提供解决方案.
Responsibility:
1. contact with venders/clients to help to arrange transportation.
2. contact with overseas agents/offices and get the shipping instructions.
3. keep smooth communications with overseas agents/offices and keep all
participants most updated of the shipments' status.
4. assist clients and agents to resolve all the problems happened and provide
professional solutions.
要求:
1. 大学专科以上学历.
2. 英文大学6级以上.书写,口语流利.
3. 相关经验1年.
4. 诚实认真,能承受工作压力,有团队精神.
Requirement:
1. college graduated above.
2. Excellent written and oral English.Cet-6 above.
3. 1-year of relative experience.
4. honest,diligent,responsible.spirit of team-working is necessary.
