• 具有零件本地化 ( 从美国标准，规范中转化过来 ) 的经验
• 具有精益制造系统（ kanbans, 拉式系统 , 一揽子采购订单）的经验具有供应商开发 ( 评估和持续改进供应链 ) 的经验

Responsibilities
Initially, this position will focus on supplier quality:
- Work with engineering, purchasing, and management to select suppliers
- Work with engineering staff to develop, communicate, and audit product requirements at suppliers
- Travel as needed to suppliers to conduct audits and training to ensure quality of components
- Inspect incoming components as needed to ensure component quality
In the future, this position may also work with internal product quality:
- Work with engineering and management to develop, communicate, and audit internal manufacturing quality
- Inspect internal production as needed to ensure product quality
Desired Experience
The proven ability to function in a team environment
Excellent communications skills including written and spoken English
Bachelor's degree in engineering or quality
Prior experience as a supplier quality engineer including supplier audits and selection
Prior experience with ISO9001 or TS16949 systems
Experience with materials and components for capital equipment / machine tool manufacturing
Experience with welding, machining and fabrication equipment and processes
Experience in component localization (conversion from US specs, standards)
Experience with lean manufacturing systems (kanbans, pull systems, blanket orders)
Experience with supplier development (evaluation and continuous improvement of the supply base)
Track record of cost reduction and continuous improvement activities
Exceptional personal and business ethics
