Main Responsibilities:

• Implement Company’s sales, marketing and service strategy in the center.
• Direct the Centers day – to – day operations
• Direct the daily activities of the Course Consultants by assisting them to achieve their objectives for sales and revenues and, continuously train, evaluate and monitor their progress toward achieving these goals.
• Lead corporate business development and corporate relationship building.
• Provide center general and administrative reports as request.

Requirements:

• Aged 32 or above. 
• University degree or above, MBA preferred.
• At least 5 years experience in sales and operation, including 2 years or above in a managerial position.
• Excellent track record in sales and sales management.
• Result-driven and customer-oriented.
• Good at coaching and training. Strong interpersonal communication
• Excellent English, working knowledge of Mandarin.
