Roles & Responsibilities：

1、To audit companies mainly in social compliance;

2、To carry out training and consulting mainly on social compliance.

Requirements: Main requirement：

1、Fluent in English, any other language is advantageous;

2、Good communication skills and open minded;

3、Pro-active, energetic and have a critical mind to form good judgment;

4、Flexible and easily adaptable to different auditing process in different countries;

5、have a minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing with sound knowledge of auditing process and procedures; or dealing with social compliance or any other relevant auditing experience;

6、Have a high standard of health and safety;

7、Willing to travel in China. ?

Considered as advantageous skills/knowledge：

1、be a certified IRCA, ICA or any other auditing qualification;

2、knowledge of SA8000, Wrap or FLA is advantageous;

3、Good knowledge of China labour laws and other related laws;

4、Willing to travel abroad and has a valid passport is preferred.
