职位描述: 1. Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival to departure. 2. Registers and escorts all arrivals according to established procedures. 3. Ensure all data is entered completely into the hotel systems in accordance with each reservation. 4. Maintains cashier float and ensures accurate daily report of all money received. 5. Cashes hotel guest’s travelers checks and assists with currency exchange. 6. Performs the audit balances and prepares all works for audit in an orderly fashion. 7. When on night shift, check night reports, prepare the morning report. 8. Take personal interest and pride to ensure that the “living room” area is kept clean and in an orderly state at all times. 9. Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly. 10. Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers
1. 监督/执行客户关系工作,确保实现最大客户满意度,在客人到达和离开大堂时以热诚的态度提供快捷优质的服务; 2. 按照酒店指定程序为所有到达客人提供登记和护送服务; 3. 确保所有数据按照预定完整地输入到酒店系统中; 4. 保证充足备用金,确保所收到的现金和当日报表相符; 5. 协助酒店客人的货币兑换; 6. 熟知会计政策和程序,为审计的有序进行作好各方面的准备工作; 7. 夜班时,检查夜间报告,准备早间报告; 8. 具有工作热情和兴趣,确保大堂区域始终保持清洁有序的秩序; 9. 熟知财产保全,急救,火灾和紧急事件的处理程序,能够安全而专业地操作各种设备; 10.能够及时采取正确措施消除实际危险,并将各种潜在危险情况告知上级人员。 职位要求: 1. Undergraduate degree from an accredited university, college or hotel school. 2. Know your job and continue your self-development by self-directed learning and participation in company sponsored training programs. 3. Familiar with computer system and application software, such as Microsoft Office, Opera or Fedelio 4. Effective interpersonal skill 5. Excellent oral & written communication, in both Mandarin and English 6. Goal driven personality Requirement
