Capable of all major design softwares: photoshop, illustrator, coreldrawl

Stong handdrawing capability required
必须拥有一定程度的手绘能力
Minimum of two years experience as a designer/ art director, preferably in the area of home fashions.
最少两年作为设计人员或者艺术人员的工作经验，在家纺领域的优先考虑
Strong presentation skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
有很强的表达能力能够把创意和思路清楚地表达出来并且具有说服力
Highly creative and innovative with a strong fashion sense
具有高度的创意和发散性思维能力(限于时尚领域)
Ability to develp, motivate and retain talent

Ability to build strong partnerships across functions and work successfully in a team environment

Ability to travel nationally for all kinds of hometextiles shows

Represent the design/image point of view in a cross-functional team

Follow the design workload within budget commitments without compromising design excellence
