Job Summary:

Responsible for the overall management and business performance of the AC business in the country or Region and to ensure the delivery of high quality marketing information services to the AC clients. Also responsible for driving new business development opportunities, managing strategic global and regional client relationships and the implementation of regional as well as local initiatives in pursuit of AC’s vision and core purpose.

• Monitor and anticipate external market trends and activities and develop strategies and business plans that will contribute to profitable business growth and sustainable competitive advantage
• Achieve revenue, profitability and quality with regards to AC service as well as other related business development objectives as structured for the market each year
• Provide product solutions and benefits to client business issues and opportunities by developing strategic initiatives for each client and also foster relationships with senior management of key AC clients in the responsible area
• Identify areas of business opportunity and growth for the division in terms of markets and technology
• To lead business pitches for major new clients and new industries
• Develop plans to support the implementation of new AC initiatives, products and services

Typical Position Pre-requisites:

• BA / BS in numerate discipline required (MBA desirable)
• 12 to 15+ years FMCG (marketing / sales) or research-related industry experience desired
• Excellent analytical skills and understanding of statistical modeling
• Effective writing skills
