职位描述/要求:
Activities
 
Direct the KA team to develop the following business and achieve the sales target, both volume and gross margin:
1.         International OEM customers, such as SGM, SGMW, DPCA etc.
2.         Chinese OEM customers, such as Geely, Cherry etc.
3.         Business of fleets, including truck, bus, car etc.
4.         Business of public works, excavators, off-road construction machineries and other construction/earth moving machinery manufactories.
Assist the KA Director to set and allocate KA target, follow up performance all over China.
Key customer visits, price, contract negotiation.
Customer relationship management
Team coaching and management
 
Qualifications
 
At least 5 years experience of OEM business in China, knowledge of lubricants will be a plus.
Strong team management experience
Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Experience in contract negotiation
Good English level, both written and speaking.
