KEY OBJECTIVE

To raise Oracle Japan's readiness expectation of new technologies and contribute knowledge sharing to Oracle globally

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
(Outline specific tasks/responsibilities of the role)

· Acquire in-depth new technologies/knowledge
· Evaluate new features of Oracle products
· Interact acquired knowledge with Oracle Japan and global teams
· Work with Oracle Japan to experiment with the various combination configuration of Oracle products
· Develop solution for Japanese customers and partners
· Conduct testing for Oracle products to detect product's defects.
· Work with global development teams to get defects fixed at an early stage or identify workarounds

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE and TRAINING
(Indicate the essential experience, qualifications and attributes required to perform this position effectively)

· BS or above in computer science or equivalent
· Solid Oracle products knowledge, Database, Fusion Middleware, Grid control
· Be familiar with Java or C programming
· Familiarity with J2EE architecture
· Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills
· Ability to learn new technologies quickly
· Exhibits good project planning and time management skills
· Good English communication skills, especially in writing, listening and verbal. CET 6 or equivalent.
· Japanese Language will be plus.
· Self-Motivated, thorough and creative.
· Good team player
