KEY OBJECTIVE
(Outline key/overall objectives of the role)

Perform function and NLS testing for Oracle server products: Database, Application Server, Collaboration Suite, Developer Suite and Grid Control. Work with Oracle Japan and global development teams to delivery Oracle server products quality in a high quality.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
(Outline specific tasks/responsibilities of the role)

· Design and implement installation/regression test suites for the products.
· Execute test suites on various OS environment to discover defects in the products.
· Cooperate with global development teams to tack and fix the bugs.
· Evaluate new feature of product and writing relevant document
· Communicate with Oracle Japan to make sure products' quality is satisfied by Japanese customers.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE and TRAINING
(Indicate the essential experience, qualifications and attributes required to perform this position effectively)

· BS or above in computer science or equivalent
· Extensive experience with Unix platforms, preferably Solaris, Linux, HP-UX.
· Solid Oracle database/Java development experience.
· Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
· Exhibits good project planning and time management skills
· Good English communication skills, especially in writing, listening and verbal. CET 6 or equivalent.
· Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) 4 or equivalent.
· Self-Motivated, Thorough and creative.
· Good team player
