职位描述/要求：

Responsibilities

1. Develop innovative solutions based Oracle products and technologies, such as Oracle Database, Oracle Application Server, Oracle Collaboration Suite, Oracle Search server, RFID, BEPL, etc.
2. Work with Oracle Japan to build and optimize Oracle based applications and solutions with high performance and scalability
3. Work with Oracle Japan to help ISVs to migrate their products from non-Oracle platforms to Oracle platform
4. Acquire in-depth knowledge of Oracle products and technology stacks, particularly on Oracle Server Technologies
5. Project coordination and management with Oracle internal teams and partners
6. Customer and partner interaction (demo, presentation, development, problem analysis and resolution, etc.)

Requirement:

1. BS or MS in Computer Science
2. At least 3 years of C++, Java programming experience, with hands on experiences on J2EE technologies
3. Good knowledge about Database concepts, with hands on experiences as a database application developer
4. Familiar with Oracle database, SQL, PL/SQL, Linux/Unix/Solaris operation systems
5. Good communication and inter-personal skills
6. Good project planning and management skills
7. Must be a good team player and be able to solve problem independently
8. Must speak fluent English
9. Some positions require Japanese Language skill

Job Requirements

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. This person should be able to work individually and as a team member. BS or MS degree in computer science or equivalent is required. A minimum of three to seven years of software engineering experience is required. Good written and verbal communications in english is a must.
