Position: Senior Test Manager

Location: ShenZhen

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Quickly assemble a new team to take of the functional, porting, and perrformance testing requirements for all the Enterprise Manager products

2. Define the testing strategy and exit criteria along with development and release manager to ensure the new products shipped in good quality.

3. Examine and review the existing testing infrastructure for the improvements.

4. Define and implement the new test infrastructure for emerging technologies.

5. Work with development team to quickly reproduce and resolve the customer escalation bugs

Job Requirements:

1. B.S. or M.S. in computer science with at least five years working experience as a test manager in a well known software company.

2. Excellent communication skills to interface with the internal parties and external customers

3. Good management skills to deal with any unexpected challenges in a fast growing testing team

4. In-depth familiarity with systems and internals -- OS/Linux, DBMS,Oracle eBusiness suite, OCS, iAS, PeopleSoft Applications, Web-Servers, java, J2EE/ EJB, Blog, Wiki, and XML.

5.  Proficiency in the life cycle of the development process.

6.  Excellent in Chinese and English is a must.

7. In-depth knowledge of the test infrastructure
