职位描述/要求:
Sr. Account Manager - Fusion Middleware Sales

JOB SUMMARY:
- Manage customer satisfaction and maximize Oracle revenue through
Fusion Middleware total solution selling
- Plan, execute and revise territory business / account plans regularly

- Forecast and close key Fusion Middleware-led sales opportunities
- Create marquee customer references on quarterly basis
- Engage and leverage all sales, industry business units and business
  development units to maximize the depth and breadth of customer
  coverage and total solution selling
- Engage and leverage all technical resources, including sales consulting,
  iTech and China development centers, and service LOBs to ensure
  customer satfisfaction
- Work closely with alliance & channel to recruit and enable key solutions
  partners and systems integrators
- Participate proactively marketing and GTMi activities to create healthy pipelines

REQUIREMENTS:

. Solution selling:
   - 4-6 years of complex solution selling experience is a MUST.
   - SI background or solid experience in selling SOA/integration solutions from
     BEA, IBM, Tibco, WebMethod, SeeBeyond or Vitria is a big plus.
. Account management:
    - 4-6 years large account management experience is a MUST.
    - over-achievement track records and large customer references is a big plus
. Industry knowledge:
    - 3-5 years of industry experience in the region is a MUST.
. Communication Skills:
   - Skills for internal/external selling, resources coordination is a MUST
   - Product sales/product manager or channel sales experience is a big plus
   - English proficiency is a plus
