Responsibilities:

As a member of the Linux Engineering team at the Oracle Asia R&D Center in Beijing, you will be responsible for Windows paravirtualized drivers development for Oracle VM. Oracle VM is server virtualization software that fully supports both Oracle and non-Oracle applications, and is three times more efficient than other server virtualization products. 1. Design and develop paravirt disk driver for win2000,win2003, XP and Vista.

2. Maintain and improve the existing paravirt network driver for win2000, win2003, XP and Vista.

3. Diagnose and resolve problems on all supported Windows platforms.

4. Work with other teams (QA, Support and Sustaining team) to ensure we provide a stable, reliable and high efficient product to customers.

Experience Requirement:

1. Understanding of windows OS internals (win2000, win2003, XP, Vista)
2. Experience with Windows device driver development (use of windows DDK) in particular network and/or disk drivers
3. Preferably experience working on signed drivers development (validated microsoft device drivers)
4. Virtualization knowledge/background would be appreciated and nice but not a requirement
5. Ability to work in an international team and focus on quality/well documented  code
   basic english communication skills
