职位描述/要求：
Location: Beijing Job Objectives: Provide presales support and delivery quality management of Oracle Support Services (OSS) service packages targeted to PeopleSoft customer Responsibilities: • Market analysis of post-sales support service requirements • Design new service packages/refine existing service packages for targeted markets • Compile sales kit for service packages • Design service delivery procedures/processes, and its associated quality management standards and measures • Internal sales and Service Delivery team training • Provide presales support to sales and channel partners on selling service packages • Price quoting for customer projects Qualification: • 5-7 software technical support (presales or post-sales) or product marketing experience with strong technical background in major IT vendor or partner • Good knowledge of PeopleSoft products • Basic Project Management knowledge and experience • Knowledge/certification of Six Sigma (preferred) • English and Madarin fluency • Degree level qualification or equivalent • Self motivator with the ability to work independently • Strong business sense • Strong communication and presentation skills • Good customer management technique • Team player 联系方式：
