职位描述/要求:
Key Responsibilities:
•Proactively manage business & IT relationships within appointed named clients in East China
• Proactively engage partners to maximize our coverage and value brought to the customer
• Achieve revenue targets for all measured lines of business
• Effectively qualify sales opportunities, Accountable for Oracle Corps customer service delivery and overall customer satisfaction
• Effectively lead sales campaigns through forming and motivating client focused virtual teams
• Leverage available business development resources for clients
• Develop & execute Account Plans with the virtual teams - create simple and powerful business propositions for clients
• Proactively engage Oracle and client Executives
• Utilize relevant and valuable sales tools and information sources (eg Blueprint, OSAM/Account Plans, SVAs, Forecasting & Intranet Sales Dashboard) to justify Oracle investing time and resources with the client campaign.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive intelligence on clients and partners
• Keep management informed of Oracle & client activities
• Lead the team to achieve targeted sales quota
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Degree a minimum of 8 years' experience in sales with global IT leader especially in Finance/Security/Insurance/Communication/Media/Utilities industry
2. Proven track record of relevant achievement in sales
3. Clear understanding of Internet technologies and business solutions.
4. Good leadership, excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills are required.
5. Software sales background or International IT vendor experience preferred
