职位描述/要求:
Account Manager, SMA
Shanghai China
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Identify and qualify application opportunities. Understand and position application product and service offerings
2. Understand solution offering methodology, customer situation, industry trend, with capability and passion to generate customer’s requirement
3. Obtain, coordinate & lead the required internal and third party resources / products to position Oracle as solution provider within a sell cycle
4. Formulate & execute sales strategy to win deal. Lead teams with Sales Consultants to ensure appropriate sales tactics and closing techniques are adopted
5. Forecast opportunities responsibility and achieving sales budget
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE and TRAINING:
1. S China Manufacture, Retail, T&T, special service or etc major accounts selling experience
2. ERP selling experience preferable 3. Be able to handle complicated solution sales & communicate with LOBs managers or even C Levels 4. Experience in selling both directly and indirectly 5. Experience in working with marketing to drive marketing event 6. Successful sales track record, aggressive, good communication skill & coordination skills 7. Good relationship and understanding of S China Manufacture, Retail, T&T, special service or etc major accounts, market, partners is a bonus; Cantonese is also the bonus. 8. Willing to develop new market like cold call 9. Integrity & discipline COMPETENCIES :
