职位描述/要求:

Sales Director, Application Commercial Accounts, Central China (East+West)

 


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for driving Oracle's application license sales in Central China, with a focus on commercial business;
2. Sells and promotes the sales of Oracle products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale
3. Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the division
4. Builds working relationships with license, consulting and education field managers in the respective territory to develop joint account plans
5. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management to ensure sales objectives are met
6. Develops and execute a territory/industry plan to maximize revenue
7. Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives
8. Generates and achieves monthly forecasts, and accurately predicts revenue on a monthly basis
9. Manages escalation
10. Manages and develops a team of sales representatives/ sales managers including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process
11. Conducts regular progress meetings with sales team.

 

 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE and COMPETENCES:

1. Minimum 8 years' sales experience of which 3 years in a management position, preferably in leading ERP vendors
2. Ability to resolve customer satisfaction issues
3. Demonstrated leadership skills
4. Effective communication skills
5. Ability to negotiate price, other concessions and terms and conditions
6. Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities.
7. Ability to work independently and with a team
8. Demonstrates a high level of understanding of Business Practices and Processes
9. Good communication skills
10. Proven track record of delivering against quota
11. Proven track record of achieving sales performance objectives
12. Proven record of leading teams - direct reports and through association with other business units (internal and external)
13. Strong networking and partnering skills

14. Knowledge of Oracle's products or competitive products will be an advantage
