KEY OBJECTIVE

1. Delivering services to Oracle partners to contribute to Oracle business. As part of the Alliances and Channels Asia Pacific team, the OPN PSC Service Consultant provides Certified Partners with a range of value-added services helping them with product enablement, sales and implementation and general Oracle information. <!--[if !supportLists]-->

2. We help partners make the most of the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) to develop and market their solutions and services on Oracle technology. The focus of the OPN PSC Consultant is managing and promoting the PSC to the Certified Partner community and managing their interaction within the PSC. <!--[if !supportLists]-->

3. Deliver value added services according to Parnter Development Plan of Alliance and Channel, support channel Go to Market initiatives.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Position and promotion of program

2. Manage agreements and payments

3. Drive certification process

4. Drive benefit utilisation

5.  Manage toll free line and inbound emails of OPN PSC inquiries in China

6. Drive portal utilization of Oracle PartnerNetwork PSC Portal in Sm Chinese

7.Manage partners’ registrations to GTMi

8. Drive partners profiling in OPN Solution Catalog once through the PSC

9. Manage information gathering on Partners that are not aligned to GTMi.

10. Support Channel Go to Market initiatives

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE and TRAINING

1. A Bachelor's degree in Computer, Marketing, Business/Management or equivalent

2. Minimum 2 year experience in IT industry, telesales or telemarketing experiences are preferred

3. Creative, result oriented, good execution capability

4. Knowledge and experience of MS Office and other Internet technologies

5. Good oral and written communication in both Chinese and English

6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;

7. Good interpersonal and communication skill.
