职位描述/要求:
Position: Manager - Container & Liquid Sales – Report to: General Manager – ICG Location: Job Summary Take full responsible for the Sales management and supervision on container & Liquid equipment of ICG. Responsibilities Lead and manage both Container & Liquid Sales and Service Team to achieve company’s sales target and ensure customer satisfaction. Identify potential business opportunities and explore new application in new industry for the purpose of gaining and enlarging share in certain product areas while maintaining share in others. Supervise sales activities, formulate and implement marketing strategies to grow the quality of revenue in Provide training and guidance to sales team on sales skill, customer services skill and mastery of products sand application. Analyze sales revenue, ensure and enhance sales margin; establish corresponding strategy to draw back A/R timely and receivable, to reduce inventory in quantity and shorten the inventory cycle. Collect market information and competitor activities to supply to company on routine basis. Work closely with other Teams for realizing sales blooms. Other duties assigned by top management. Requirements Education Bachelor degree or above with Mechanics/Business Management/Economics major; MBA is a plus Work Experience: At least 7 years working experiences in industry machine/equipment sales/marketing with 3 years in a managerial position, working experience in MNC is preferred. Other Qualifications Good at English in verbal and oral, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, motivational skills. Strong analytical and Computer Skills, Proactive and aggressive in business, Self-driven and result oriented.
