Department: Master Scheduling & ECC in Beijing Plant Direct Report to: Manager, Master Scheduling & ECC
Job Responsibilities:
Process factory orders to be build by Beijing manufacturing facility
Screen incoming orders to identify exception for Beijing plant to accept the order. Highlight exceptions to management on identified gaps. For orders that can be built from Beijing plant, commit orders to Beijing production schedule according to the required delivery / receipt date. Update shipment date information to order management system.
Manage CSD improvement
Handle order change request, such as configuration changes, delivery date changes, destination change etc. Work with master scheduling / manufacturing / SLM to address the request. Update system with results of the request.
Create / manage stock order in preparation for anticipated factory order
Process the rollback / reconfiguration request from sales and monitor plant FGI
Follow up with MPC and CDP in SEA, SPA, EMEA and US to ensure plant can get correct order timely
Attend order visibility calls to understand incoming order status to plan activities accordingly
Work with master scheduler on weekly call-off activity to ensure that planned orders are committed for the call-off.
Track of order incoming / slot utilization information for management analysis
Track and analyze order scheduling related Class A performance metrics.
Qualification:
University graduate in Engineering, Business Management or Equivalent, oversea degree preferred.
At least five year working experience. Experience in order handling of complex machine manufacturing industry highly desirable.
Strong organizing skill on multiple-tasking environment. Able to work independently
