Position-Supplier Development Mgr

Report to:Director-SLM, NCR Beijing

Job description

Plan, organize, and direct the activities and staff involved in Supplier Quality Engineering. Responsible for implementing & managing the supply quality processes with suppliers, internal related functions and customers to ensure efficient production with low cost and high quality materials.
 
Basic Requirements:
-6 to 10 years of experience in the manufacturing or engineering or quality control
-Strong industrial technical specification knowledge required.
-Bachelors/ Masters in Engineering or related field.
-Strong leadership skills.
-Must be detail oriented and organized. Six Sigma experience preferred
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver presentations

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work with Sourcing team to develop new supplier and material
2. In charge of supplier quality management and implement supplier on site audit
3. In charge of IQC and to keep monitoring on supplier quality performance
4. Make decision for the non-conforming material
5. Deal with supplier quality issue and continuous improvement
6. Involved in ISO9001 QMS maintenance
7. Provide on-job training for incoming inspectors

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
1. Diploma degree or equivalent degree
Skill and ability:
1. Strong relationship build skill
2. Excellent computer skills.
3. Strong communication and leadership skills
4. Required verbal and written communication in English
Experience:
5. Experience with ISO9000 is preferred
6. Experience with Quality or Lighting Company is preferred

7, Good English communication skill on written and oral

8, Project Mgt is prefered

9, Familiar with quality system audit, SPC, FMEA and PPAP
