职位描述/要求:

Location: Guangzhou

Main Responsibilities:

– Manage customer requests/orders via telephone, email and fax,
– Process customer orders, requests for material availability, arrange delivery of material and proactively work with customers on material requirements,
– Coordinate closely with Customs Clearance and Procurement team in the company for material delivery in order to comply with Chinese Customs and Tax policy especially on bonded process,
– Work with BMS affiliate companies for order processing according to different business requirement,
– Utilize analytical skills to drive process improvements and customer focus throughout Supply Chain,
– Manage/handle customer inquiries and complains, visit customers when necessary,
– Work with F&A department, Credit controlling team in HK and MU team on Account Receivable Collection. For instance, communicate with customer on monthly AR reconciliation.
– Consolidate customer demanding rolling forecast from MU team
– Work cooperatively within a team and gather a tremendous understanding of BU/MU requirements and materials; interact heavily with MU and other RSC functions to execute customer requests. Prepare and submit all bank documents for payment.
– Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager.

Qualifications & Experience:

– Diploma or Degree in Business, Customer Service, Logistics, Communication, related field.
– More than 2 years working experience in customer service or supply-chain, experience in bonded business in manufacturing is an advantage.
– SAP (Sales & Distribution module) experience is must, and project management experience is preferred.
– Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
– Excellent written and spoken Mandarin, English, Cantonese
– Good IT skills ( Microsoft Office、Internet)
– Good analytical skills and effective problem solving skills
– Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure
– Service minded, quick learner, accurate and efficient, especially working in a complex environment
– A good team player , initiative, excellent organization and coordination skills
– Willingness to travel occasionally
