Responsibilities：

1)Lead AIX support team to administrate several IBM P series servers and attached storage; 2)Setup OS level monitoring thread hold in Tivoli ITM and prepare operation procedure for operators;

3) Perform performance and capacity trends analysis and recommendation based on data collected from managed servers;

4) Report and communicate with clients on server performance and capacity;

5) Onsite support problem resolution and determination when required

Requirements(Skills and Experiences)：

1)3+ years in AIX system administration;

2) Master in IP network management;

3) Experiences in P series connection to SAN switch;

4) Experienced in storage management, backup and recovery;

5) Data center operation experiences desirable
