Job Description and Responsibilities:

-         Field Test planning for product programs from Beijing PC including GCF, Budget, Field Test Plans and schedule.

-         Build up better corporation between all Field Test related test areas like OTC, TRUE and PCT (IOP)

-         Coordination of SW test harmonization test towards other R&D sites

-         Main contact point for Beijing Field Test activity towards other R&D sites

-         Execute the field test request by Field test managers of every product, report/verified software errors; coordinate with software development to locate/tackle the root cause of the errors.

-         Responsible to take charge on Field test trips, decision on what should be tested under a fixed time frame, and division of labor, resource allocation.

-         Also support after sales product, performing field-testing upon request of the operators

-         Assisting SW Test Manager for strategy planning, Recruitment, and future progression SW Test activities

Job Requirements：

-         Experience from similar jobs like Senior FT engineer/ Test Specialist

-         Good English skills (verbally and written)

-         Proven Project Management Skill

-         Proven coordinating skills

-         Proven team leading ability/potential

-         Good detailed GSM/WCDMA cellular system knowledge,

-         Appreciation of technical issues in other disciplines

-         Experience of several different projects

-         Knowledge of product creation process, and proven project support responsibility

-         Familiar with CE/PD Process

-         Systematic Problem Solving Technique
