Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field of study

Experience: (i) Four (4) years of relevant experience in the case of Master’s Degree; and (ii) six (6) years of relevant experience in the case of Bachelor’s Degree

Required Skills:
- Experience in developing, testing or supporting Java applications, of which at least two (2) years should have been in development or in IT of a major financial institutes.
- Experience in messaging technologies: e.g., Java Message Service (JMS)
- Good knowledge of XML technologies (XML, XSD, XPATH, XSL)
- Good knowledge of RDBMS, SQL language, and JDBC
- Strong knowledge of Windows, UNIX and LINUX operating systems
- Experience of software product development full cycle
- Strong analytical and debugging skills
- Strong team leadership skills and process orientation
- Very strong oral and written communication skills in English

Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with Web Services (SOAP, WSDL and WSS) technology or Business Process Management (BPM) technology
- Experience in application performance tuning and testing
- Good Java programming skill
- Experience in any ERPs: e.g., SAP, Oracle Applications, Siebel
- Familiarity with Eclipse SDK framework
- Familiarity with J2EE application servers and Web Services providers
- Familiarity with middleware and EAI software
- Experience in developing test automation tools in Java/Shell Scripting
- Experience in working with overseas teams across time-zones
