SW Test Manager/Coordinator

职位描述/要求：
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and translate Product SW requirements into SW Testing requirements;
- Create and maintain SW Test Master Plan by including Functional & System Testing, Field Test, Customer Pre-Acceptance Test, User Guide validation, Testing Metrics and TRUE etc.
- Influence and keep aligned with branch SW Testing strategy and plan;
- Be ownership of SW Test Plan execution;
- Report testing status and update test plan on regular basis (at least milestone based);
- Ownership of BFR estimation pior to SW production.
- Be representative in branch SW Testing coordination forum and SW Test Management Forum (if relevant) by synchronizing process and strategy between Beijing and other 4 geographical locations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Eletronic Engineering or Computer Science/Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in software design, build or test, preferably in the mobile phone industry
- Detailed knowledge of software engineering methodologies as well as knowledge in embeded software design/test or system engineering
- High skill in manipulating planning and presentation tools
- Proactive and honest in nature and be able to work with people of various disciplines.
- Be able to present ideas clearly and concisely in English and have both good writing and oral skills. 联系方式：
