1.       IT background is required. It is OK whether he/she majors in CS, or ever did developing, or QA. He/she knows computer techniques as extensively as possible so that he can communicate with developers/QA without any difficulty. He/she can have a true grasp of the new techniques which are developed as quickly as possible.

2.       Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, especially in writing. He/she has ever written some technical theses, or essays in newspapers, magazines, or websites, or has experience in technical translation.
